I’m an Australian operations and customer experience professional with over 15 years of hands-on experience across hospitality, creative industries, and entrepreneurial projects. I have lived and worked abroad since my early twenties, including nine years in Bali, and I recently relocated to Tbilisi, Georgia.
In one of my most recent roles as General Manager I led the pre-opening, launch, and full operational management of luxury properties. This included building systems from the ground up, leading teams, shaping guest experiences, managing creative direction, and turning complex projects into smooth, profitable operations. At a previous project I delivered a full turnaround during the pandemic, achieving strong occupancy and securing significant investment for expansion. At another I oversaw the complete design-led guest experience and helped position the business for international recognition.
Alongside operations work I have project-managed the design and construction of our own house in Bali, handling all interior design, spatial planning, and coordination with builders. I have also run my own entrepreneurial projects and produced boutique pop-up events, combining commercial awareness with creative execution.
I’m known for being highly organised, calm under pressure, and genuinely people-focused. I take pride in creating clarity, improving processes, and delivering consistent quality. I’m a strong written communicator, comfortable working independently in remote settings, and quick to learn new tools and systems.
Outside of work I love sewing and creative crafts, hunting for antiques and vintage pieces, and anything related to interior design and thoughtful spaces. Travel and new environments have always been a big part of my life.
I’m now looking for remote opportunities where I can bring reliability, attention to detail, and a practical, caring approach to the work. I’m adaptable, self-motivated, and ready to contribute at a high standard.
