At Cavallo, I led product strategy, UX, and portfolio across three B2B SaaS product lines serving 600 distributor accounts and 40,000 daily users. I shipped Customer IQ as two commercial products, embedding machine-learning customer segmentation and churn-risk scoring into ERP workflows.
I also established Cavallo’s first release lifecycle and built an AI-augmented prototyping pipeline that put more than 100 prototypes in front of customers in under 50 days. I led a three-month rebuild of the analytics platform with chat, RAG, and agent capabilities, bringing it to beta.
At AdTelic, I led the American Retirement Association’s digital transformation planning and built RevMax, an analytics and content-operations platform across six web properties. Its AI-assisted content pipeline is in production, and the flagship property reached 1.9 million annual search impressions across 296 managed pages.
Earlier, at Adage Technologies, I grew the product strategy, UX, and design practice and took four commercial products to market. I’ve put machine learning into products since 2013, and I teach AI Strategy & Transformation through Caltech CTME.
