I'm looking to lead healthcare operations, service-line growth, capital projects, and operational transformation where I can improve access, financial performance, provider experience, and patient satisfaction.

At TidalHealth Peninsula Regional Medical Center, I lead business development and operational growth across Orthopedics, Surgery, Anesthesia, Pain Management, Pulmonary, Gastroenterology, Endocrinology, Rheumatology, Geriatrics, and Urgent Care. I develop service-line strategies, budgets, market assessments, KPI dashboards, and capital plans that expand access, volume, and market share.

I lead clinic openings, renovations, new construction, and multisite projects by coordinating clinical leaders, vendors, IT, facilities, finance, and legal. I also oversee physician and advanced-practice-provider recruitment, onboarding, credentialing, contract modeling, HR investigations, and operational readiness.

Earlier, I managed inpatient providers and urgent care operations, eliminating locum usage through a per-diem provider pool and saving $1.4 million in my first year. I have also grown dermatology volume and revenue by more than 80%, saved over $186,000 through equipment negotiations, and managed multisite anesthesiology practice finances and billing operations.
