What I'm looking for

I seek roles where I can lead mindfulness and wellbeing programs, design training, support clinical teams, and advance organizational wellness within collaborative, mission-driven environments.

I am a mindfulness and wellbeing leader with six years delivering evidence-based coaching, meditation, and breathwork across government, healthcare, energy, non-profit, mental health, fitness, and hospitality sectors.

For over two decades I managed healthcare operations and physician practice integration, overseeing performance improvement and administration of portfolios exceeding $30 million in revenue.

I design and deliver live virtual and in-person mindfulness programs, mentorship, and workplace wellbeing initiatives, and have developed statewide trainings, cancer survivorship support, and mentorship programs.

I hold an MBA and multiple certifications in mindfulness, coaching, breathwork, and healing arts, and I have presented at state foundations, healthcare leadership summits, universities, and corporate partners.
