I’m a strategic, people-focused manager with a proven track record leading high-performing sales and customer retention teams. I drive operational excellence through intentional leadership, data-informed decision-making, and continuous improvement.

In my current customer retention leadership role, I collaborate with Executive Leadership and HR to help shape company-wide policies, procedures, and new initiatives. I analyze data to identify trends and improvement opportunities, and I oversee department KPIs and team lead development.

Previously, I supported designing commission and bonus structures, and I increased organic growth rate, improved cancel rate, and grew total inside sales revenue year over year. I’ve also led hiring, staffing, schedules, disciplinary actions, and annual reviews, while implementing initiatives to reduce customer churn and streamline operations—always building an accountable, collaborative culture that supports long-term employee engagement and development.
