What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a WFH CRM role where I can own Zoho/HubSpot automation, segmentation, integrations, and dashboards—improving lead conversion, customer service, and ROI through continuous testing and optimization.

I’m a CRM Developer/Administrator with strong familiarity in CRM technology (Zoho, HubSpot). I build complete solutions that include push notifications, SMS, telephony, segmentation, integrations, workflow automation, AI functionalities, data migration, and social media and website integration—always backed by clear data structures and analytics.

Since January 2014, I’ve worked on-call as a Freelance Solopreneur, planning and developing digital business processes and customized customer data systems across modules, including end-to-end sales and marketing automation in Zoho CRM, Zoho Books administration, and complex workflows with custom reports for business analytics. I’ve also delivered Zoho One and HubSpot CRM projects for clients—creating custom modules and fields, configuring dashboards, optimizing email campaigns and flows for ROI, troubleshooting integrations, and implementing live chatbots and automated customer/lead journeys.
