What I'm looking for

I seek a role combining commercial impact and operational rigor—ideally sales or sales ops—where I can apply tax and import operations expertise to drive revenue, process efficiency, and cross-functional alignment.

I’m a results-driven professional with a background in operations, consulting, and client-facing roles, now intentionally building my career at the intersection of sales, revenue operations, and customer execution. Across roles in logistics, tax, and compliance, I’ve worked on complex, high-stakes problems where execution quality directly impacted cash flow, risk, and client trust.

One of my most significant achievements was leading the design and implementation of a purchase order tracking and automation system using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Automate. The initiative addressed major visibility and process gaps in a high-value import operation, resulting in a 68% reduction in delay-related penalties, a 200% increase in operational efficiency, and a 40% drop in client status inquiries. The solution became the standard operating system for the team and restored confidence with a Tier-1 Oil and Gas client.

In consulting roles at EY, Deloitte, and Subsea7, I supported and delivered multiple compliance, tax, and operational planning initiatives, reviewed end-to-end processes, defined KPIs, and helped model cost and risk reduction opportunities, including six-figure savings potential. I’m comfortable working with data, CRM systems, and cross-functional stakeholders, and I bring a consultative mindset to every interaction.

I’m particularly interested in SDR, Sales, RevOps, and Sales Ops roles where I can combine customer conversations with process improvement to drive predictable growth. I value ownership, fast learning, and environments where impact is measured by outcomes rather than activity.
