I'm currently driving payment and fraud operations at Traild, where I investigate transaction anomalies, payment failures, and fraud indicators while building preventative controls.

I design custom Omni Analytics reporting for more than 100 clients, including weekly aged-payment reports that help identify and resolve uncashed or incomplete payments. I also build SQL and BigQuery queries, dashboards, automated reporting, and Claude.ai-enabled workflow tools that reduce manual work and standardize operations.

Previously at Tipalti, I supported global payment processing across ACH, wire transfers, SWIFT/MT103, SEPA, eCheck, and card payments. I partnered with Engineering, Product, Support, and banking partners to investigate complex failures, improve reconciliation, and resolve high-impact payment issues.

My background also includes wire and ACH disbursements at Edward Jones and claims support at Aetna. I bring hands-on operational judgment, technical troubleshooting, and clear stakeholder communication to payment systems and client-facing workflows.
