At 8am, LLC, I investigate suspicious accounts and transactions, review payment activity and risk indicators, and escalate potentially fraudulent or high-risk activity through established procedures.

I built the collections function and team from the ground up, establishing processes, metrics, escalation protocols, and merchant communications. I manage high-volume merchant collections totaling $1M monthly, averaging $700K in monthly recoveries while sustaining a 70%+ collection rate.

My work spans fraud investigations, transaction monitoring, payment risk, AML processes, chargebacks, ACH returns, refunds, billing disputes, and account investigations. I also produce risk and collections reporting that turns account and transaction activity into actionable recovery insights.

I partner cross-functionally to improve payment-risk reviews and operational workflows, and I use tools including Salesforce, Zendesk, Adyen, Claude, and ChatGPT to support consistent, scalable operations.
