I am a fintech executive and Chief Technology Officer with eight years of experience building and scaling a MiFID-regulated investment platform from startup to €1.4 billion in assets under management and 125,000+ clients. I lead and develop cross-functional in-house teams, own multi-million euro budgets, and design automated trading, dealing, and operational infrastructure focused on reliability, security, and capital-efficient growth.

As a board member and people-oriented leader, I mentor future leaders, drive international expansion, and manage M&A integrations while partnering with product, legal, compliance, and investment teams.
