At essential-data, I lead a 7-engineer platform team, set technical direction across delivery teams, and own DevSecOps across projects. I also lead the company-wide security programme and prepare the company for national and ISO audits.
I built the company's Claude platform on Amazon Bedrock with SSO, spend limits, and cost auditing, and rolled out AI use across teams including developers, analysts, legal, and HR. I also create internal AI guidance and deliver employee training.
In hands-on platform work, I built Kubernetes environments and CI/CD for government and justice systems, modernised internal infrastructure, and introduced GitOps with ArgoCD and FluxCD. I also built vulnerability scanning into CI with Trivy and SBOM tracking with Dependency-Track.
As an independent contractor, I took Wazuh SIEM/EDR from proof of concept to production for a fintech client and migrated 50+ services from Docker Compose to Kubernetes for an Industrial IoT platform. I hold the KCNA certification and an MSc (Ing.) from Slovak University of Technology, Bratislava.
