I'm Head of Engineering at Vacuumlabs, where I lead technology and AI strategy for a 100+ engineer software house building banking, wealth management, insurance, and digital-asset systems. I've reshaped a project-based organisation into domain-oriented teams and expanded the leadership layer to run them.
I've led delivery of a cloud-native card engine for MBH Bank, built Mox Bank's Mastercard operations from inception through live scale, and ran an insurance-tech engagement for RENOMIA. Earlier, I led ERP automation at Oracle and built an internal automation framework.
