I am a Technical Senior Engineering Manager with extensive experience in software engineering and team leadership. My journey has taken me through various fast-paced startups, where I have successfully led async teams to deliver impactful features that align with business needs. My passion lies in working within product-led teams, ensuring that engineering efforts translate into real-world solutions.

At Fly.io, I supported highly technical engineers in a fully remote environment, helping them navigate their roadmaps and align with company priorities. My role involved motivating teams through evolving changes while collaborating with DevRel and Infra Ops. As a Technical Co-founder at IntellCRE, I was responsible for architecting and delivering technology solutions, maintaining team health, and engaging with customers and investors, showcasing my versatility in both technical and business domains.

Throughout my career, I have focused on improving team velocity and health, implementing GitOps workflows, and contributing to core platforms that support data pipelines and machine learning services. My educational background includes a Master's Degree in Information Systems, where I specialized in ML/AI and deep learning, further enhancing my ability to lead innovative projects.
