As a Business Operations Associate and HR Intern, I maintained accurate financial records using Excel, developed financial reports that informed strategic decisions, and implemented cost-saving measures. I increased sales revenue through targeted marketing, including live selling on TikTok and Facebook.

My service roles in customer support, retail, and food service taught me to handle inquiries, orders, complaints, and logistics with professionalism and attention to detail. I am trained in bookkeeping, Microsoft 365, Canva design, and order fulfillment processes.

I completed a clinical internship as a Mental Health Care Facilitator, where I helped design therapeutic activities and supported a safe, recovery-focused environment.
