What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a people-focused HR role where I can support talent management and employee relations, using HRIS and productivity data to improve performance and attendance processes, while growing in a collaborative team.

I’m a Psychology graduate who brings hands-on Human Resources operations experience across performance evaluations, employee engagement initiatives, and attendance monitoring. In my Performance Engagement Intern role at TheBackroomOffshoringInc., I helped coordinate quarterly catch-up meetings, ensured timely completion of appraisal forms, and supported salary appraisal communications with accurate documentation. I also helped verify schedules and attendance records while using productivity tracking to support HR decision-making.

My clinical and guidance internship experiences sharpen my intake, empathy, and confidential documentation skills—facilitating therapeutic group sessions, collaborating on personalized treatment plans, and conducting school intake interviews. I’m eager to combine psychological insight with HR rigor to strengthen talent management, employee relations, and overall organizational effectiveness.
