Mailah Sierra

I am an aspiring Human Resource professional currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Education with a major in Human Resource Management. I combine classroom learning with practical exposure from work experiences and vocational training to build a career in HR.

I have hands-on training in Bread and Pastry Production (NCII) and earned 3rd Place in a Provincial Skills Competition, demonstrating attention to detail and a commitment to excellence. I also completed a training event in AI at my university, showing my interest in current tools and technologies.

My work exposure includes roles at local businesses where I applied communication, teamwork, data entry, and adaptability to support operations. I participate in the Human Resource Students' Association to deepen my understanding of HR practices and to engage with peers.

I seek to contribute to a reputable organization where I can apply and expand my HR skills, grow professionally, and support team and company success through dependable, detail-oriented work.
