What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead global ERP, SAP S/4HANA, supply chain, and Order-to-Cash transformation programs where I can strengthen governance, drive adoption, and improve end-to-end operational performance.

I've led SAP S/4HANA and B2B Commerce Cloud transformation programs at Nokia Solutions & Networks, aligning solutions with operational requirements across three business groups with distinct operating models.

I deliver connected Order-to-Cash models that link customer order processing with supply chain, logistics, delivery, finance, and project management. I’ve managed scope, dependencies, data migration, cutover, UAT, hypercare, and post-go-live stabilization for global ERP deployments.

My work includes building PMO governance through steering committees, milestones, KPIs, and RAID management, while producing business process documents, SOPs, RACI models, and change plans that drive adoption.

Across Nokia and DHL Express, I’ve also supported logistics, warehousing, inventory, shipment visibility, customer service, and SAP MM/SD users. I use process analysis, root-cause assessment, dashboards, and automation to improve operational performance and reduce recurring issues.
