I’m a Senior Operations Technician focused on keeping enterprise systems reliable and secure in high-volume environments. I provide advanced technical and operational support for enterprise systems and end users, with an emphasis on security compliance and operational continuity.
At AEP, I troubleshoot and resolve complex service desk, access management, and infrastructure-related issues across multiple platforms.
