At Geely, I acted as HR Business Partner to Country Directors across Spain, France, and Italy. I led a SuccessFactors data-integrity initiative that resolved more than 500 structural discrepancies and supported approximately 40 end-to-end hires.
At Urbaser S.A., I supported HR and Total Rewards for approximately 3,500 employees across Spain, Oman, and Bahrain, and led key HR workstreams in a Meta4-to-SAP migration affecting approximately 25,000 employees. I also reduced absenteeism by 15% through root-cause analysis, manager coaching, and preventive wellbeing programs.
