Jezza Joy Relampagos

I am an English Language Studies undergraduate with strong academic standing and experience in student governance, recognized as a President’s Lister and previously honored in senior high. My academic focus has sharpened my communication and research skills and prepared me for professional office environments.

I have worked as an Administrative Associate specializing in HR support, handling pre-screening of applicants and facilitating onboarding to ensure candidates meet company requirements. I also led a webinar during on-the-job training, using Zoom, Canva, and Google Forms to manage promotions, delivery, and feedback.

I am proficient with document management, a range of office and communication tools, and design applications; I hold multiple relevant certifications and I am committed to reliable, people-centered administrative work that supports recruitment, training and effective team collaboration.
