I built relationships with 30+ carriers and drivers, helped reduce late pickups, and resolved delays directly with drivers and dispatch to keep freight moving.

Before freight forwarding, I spent eight years in international maritime operations handling, loading, securing, and stowing vehicle cargo, reefer containers, bulk cargo, and hazardous materials.
