What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a fast-paced logistics role where I can manage import/export compliance, coordinate vessel and shipment operations, and use CargoWise One and One Track to ensure on-time delivery, SOP adherence, and smooth stakeholder communication.

I’m a Licensed Customs Broker with 5+ years experience in logistics and vessel operations. I manage import and export shipments, coordinate external carriers, and solve problems in real time to keep goods moving reliably.

In my current role as a Process Management Specialist, I handle inbound and outbound coordination by managing order and shipment registration and tracking using CargoWise One and One Track. I focus on 100% data accuracy for timely dispatch, while vetting shipping documentation to ensure compliance and seamless movement of goods.

I’m also known for stakeholder liaison and process excellence—acting as a primary point of contact for clients and internal teams to resolve logistics escalations. I execute sea cargo automation to streamline tracking and documentation, reduce manual lead times, and train new team members to maintain SOP compliance.

Before logistics-focused work, I built a strong foundation in data handling and customer-facing operations.
