What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote customer support or technical support role where I can resolve customer issues, communicate in English and French, learn CRM and ticketing tools, and grow my computer applications skills.

I run an electronics retail shop in Douala, where I handle customer inquiries, complaints, product questions, after-sales support, inventory, sales records, and follow-up. Over six years, I've built repeat business through professional, personable service across phone, in-person, and messaging channels.

I also coach PTE Academic candidates remotely through PTE Solutions 90, support clients by chat, email, and calls, and create content for Facebook and TikTok. As a computer tutor and freelance document designer, I adapt clearly to client needs while building my technical skills through a Bachelor of Computer Applications.
