What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a mission-driven role where I can advocate for clients, coordinate practical supports, and use documentation and data to drive progress—while collaborating with teams and maintaining compliance and cultural sensitivity.

I’m a case manager focused on protecting clients’ rights and ensuring they get access to the right resources at the right time. In my current role, I administer Rapid Rehousing subsidy and support clients through housing stability planning and follow-through.

I keep outcomes moving by maintaining accurate, up-to-date documentation, facilitating regular goal-focused meetings, and coordinating referrals to community agencies for additional support services. I also provide crisis intervention and emotional support, and I educate clients on available community resources related to housing, employment, and education.

Previously, as a Family Liaison, I connected families with financial and educational assistance and managed caseloads tied to supports like McKinney Vento, attendance support, and PTA assistance. I also delivered extracurricular supports and helped coordinate weekly trainings and planning meetings.

Earlier in my career, I built leadership and program capability as a Senior Program Manager and Program Manager—managing teams, partnering with schools and community organizations, and using tools like Microsoft Office and Power BI. I bring that structured, collaborative approach to every case, always grounded in compliance, ethical standards, and cultural sensitivity.
