What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an HR Operations Case Management Lead role that combines case management, technology, and continuous improvement in a collaborative, compliance-driven environment.

I've managed complex case portfolios and end-to-end service delivery workflows across elementary, middle, and high school settings. At Elementary School South, I coordinate stakeholder requirements, timelines, documentation, and support solutions while maintaining compliance and confidentiality.

At Connections Day School, I managed high-volume case intake, service delivery, progress tracking, and resolution across multiple stakeholders. I analyzed IEP goal data in RethinkEd to identify trends and improve service delivery.

My work includes gathering business requirements, leading cross-functional meetings, resolving complex issues, and developing detailed documentation such as IEPs, evaluations, accommodations, transition services, and behavioral support plans.

I use PowerSchool Special Programs, Embrace IEP, RethinkEd, Renaissance FastBridge, Google Workspace, and AI-assisted productivity tools to streamline workflows, generate reports, maintain templates, and support users.
