At Tarrosa Software Development Services, I’m building AtriumOS, a property-management platform for community associations and rental properties. I designed and built its financial core, including fund-accounting-aware billing, immutable statements, and budget tracking.

I also build cloud-based applications at CoDevPhilippines, where I’ve architected AWS solutions, developed APIs and microservices, and shipped React frontends. My work spans financial systems and Web3, and I use an AI-first Claude Code workflow with written rules and type-check, lint, and test gates.
