What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can combine ethical HR/recruitment support with data organization and KPI tracking, using structured judgment and clear communication to help teams make better decisions.

I’m a psychology graduate based in Jakarta, currently working as an Administrative Staff where I manage and analyze sales and recruitment data to support organizational decision-making.

I track and report KPIs to monitor team performance, while also supporting recruitment processes such as candidate coordination and documentation. I’m deliberate about confidentiality, ethical data handling, and accurate record-keeping.

Previously, as an HR - Recruitment Staff, I screened and assessed candidates through interviews and application reviews, evaluating suitability using structured criteria and behavioral indicators. I coordinated recruitment with professionalism and communicated effectively with candidates from diverse backgrounds.

I also bring hands-on care and communication from volunteer experience, including teaching children with structured lessons and adapting approaches to individual needs. Alongside this, my undergraduate thesis used Google Forms questionnaires and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets analysis to study changes of femininity representation in Indonesian cinema.
