What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue leading climate resilience, conservation, and environmental planning work that connects military installations, communities, and stakeholders through practical strategy and meaningful engagement.

At Marstel-Day, I lead resilience, conservation, and environmental planning for U.S. Marine Corps and Navy programs. I develop five-year plans, assess hazards and vulnerabilities, and turn stakeholder input into practical actions.

I manage USMC encroachment metrics and NEPA efforts, coordinating installations, regional partners, Headquarters stakeholders, federal agencies, and local governments. My work includes Environmental Assessments, socioeconomic and noise analyses, proposal development, technical briefings, and public engagement materials.

My graduate work at the University of Michigan focused on community resilience, climate adaptation, environmental psychology, and sustainability education. I bring experience translating complex environmental topics for diverse audiences through research, teaching, facilitation, and clear technical communication.
