What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead climate and ESG programs where I can drive measurable emissions reductions, build robust GHG inventories, and partner with executives and communities to deliver practical sustainability outcomes.

I’m an environmental sustainability and climate strategy leader with over 20 years of experience advancing initiatives across corporate, municipal, regional, and national organizations. I bring deep expertise in greenhouse gas accounting, climate action planning, ESG strategy, and environmental performance management, with a strong focus on turning sustainability goals into measurable outcomes.

In my current role as Sustainability and Resiliency Coordinator, I serve as a primary advisor to executive leadership on climate strategy and emissions reduction. I led development and implementation of the City’s first Climate Action and Resilience Plan, managed an Energy Savings Performance Contract delivering guaranteed annual savings of $1.93 million and $33.6 million in total 20-year savings, and created a carbon footprint inventory to inform mitigation strategies. I initiated an EV fleet conversion (30+ EVs/hybrids) reducing about 175 MtCO₂e over two years, launched composting and expanded recycling, and developed tools and programs that strengthen resilience through data-backed action.

Earlier, I served as an Associate Consultant/Lead for Climate Action and Resilience, leading GHG accounting, climate risk assessment, and ESG-aligned strategy development. I also bring strong geospatial and analytical capability from years of GIS and remote-sensing work supporting urban forestry master plans and climate vulnerability assessments, and I’m currently a Doctoral Candidate researching urban greenhouse gas emissions and climate mitigation collaboration. I’m motivated by practical, community-centered solutions, robust data governance, and cross-functional partnerships that make progress measurable and durable.
