I'm looking to advance clean energy, climate, transportation, and environmental justice initiatives through data-driven planning, stakeholder engagement, grant development, and policy implementation.

At the Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments, I advance regional environmental, transportation, and air-quality initiatives across 24 local jurisdictions. I've secured $3.9M in federal funding for electric vehicle infrastructure and lead stakeholder processes that translate complex research into actionable policy.

I produce GIS analyses, RFPs, technical memos, legislative briefings, and public-facing materials that support greenhouse-gas reductions, environmental justice, and long-range climate planning.
