What I'm looking for

I seek roles where I can lead environmental compliance and NEPA efforts for government or contractor clients, drive regulatory solutions, and mentor teams within mission-focused organizations.

I am an environmental compliance professional with over 20 years of experience across environmental consulting, government and military contracts, aerospace testing, and land surveying support. I consistently deliver regulatory compliance outcomes while streamlining planning and leadership to complete projects on time and within scope.

I have developed and reviewed NEPA documentation including Environmental Assessments and supported Environmental Impact Statements, managed environmental cleanup closeout strategies, and coordinated multi-stakeholder meetings with Army leadership, federal and state regulators, and restoration advisory boards. I bring deep knowledge of NEPA, CWA, CAA, SDWA, ESA, NHPA, NAGPRA, CERCLA, RCRA, and Environmental Justice policies.
