What I'm looking for

I’m currently looking for a part-time work from home online job opportunity. I’m available to join immediately.

I’m a customer support and digital services professional with experience in live chat support, customer communication, CRM systems, and online service platforms. I focus on resolving customer issues, troubleshooting technical problems, and providing clear assistance through chat and digital channels.

At Cloudflex (2023–Present), I manage customer queries through live chat and digital support channels. I assist users with account issues, follow troubleshooting steps, maintain professional communication while handling multiple interactions, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical and operational issues.

From 2017 to 2023, I worked as a Tutor & Graphic Designer at SAI Sansar Coaching, supporting students across multiple subjects. I also designed promotional posters and marketing content and helped with social media promotion and student engagement activities.

With a Master of Computer Applications and teaching experience, I bring strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills to every interaction. I’m currently seeking remote work-from-home opportunities in customer support, chat support, virtual assistance, or online service roles where I can contribute to efficient customer experience and operational support.
