I am seeking a mid-level operations or real estate role where I can manage lease administration, vendor relationships, and executive travel while contributing to process improvements and cross-functional collaboration.

I am an operations professional with over three years of experience managing contracts, vendor relationships, financial reporting, and cross-functional coordination within corporate environments.

At Onni Group I negotiate and manage commercial lease agreements across a large portfolio, process and reconcile invoices and corporate travel expenses through Yardi and Concur, and coordinate with legal, finance, asset management, and external brokers to finalize deals.

Previously I supported operational oversight of multi-property portfolios, monitored lease expirations and rent collection, and managed vendor service agreements. I also managed vendor relationships and financial tracking using QuickBooks while improving storefront and warehouse workflows.

I hold a B.S. in Marketing, am a licensed California real estate agent, and bring strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and a proven ability to keep projects and logistics running smoothly.
