At DFWPMA, I coordinate patient appointments across five medical locations for more than 20 healthcare providers, supporting Internal Medicine, Endocrinology, Psychiatry, Therapy, and Psychology.

I use NextGen, Zocdoc, Availity, Luma, and Microsoft Excel to manage scheduling, appointment confirmations, and patient communication by text and phone. I focus on accurate scheduling, positive patient service, and provider efficiency.

Previously, I managed daily operations, payroll, employee schedules, hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff coaching at ECI Management Group. I also supported Tarrant County Public Health callers with COVID-19 testing, vaccination scheduling, and confidential test-result communication during high-volume periods.
