What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead technology and digital-transformation delivery, aligning business and IT priorities while improving governance, cybersecurity, service continuity, and stakeholder outcomes across complex multi-stakeholder environments.

I've delivered regional ICT and digital-government initiatives at CARICOM IMPACS, including Passenger Name Record integration, Office 365 migration, change-control governance, and agency security improvements. I coordinate stakeholders, vendors, requirements, risks, and implementation across CARICOM member states.

Previously, I improved IT operations for Virgin Voyages, the United States Peace Corps, CrimsonLogic DigiGov, and the Government of Saint Lucia. My work has reduced service tickets by approximately 30%, reduced downtime by approximately 80%, strengthened infrastructure and continuity planning, and supported technology adoption through training, documentation, and service improvement.
