In an acting Information Security Analyst assignment, I monitored security alerts using Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Defender for Cloud, and Darktrace. I tracked incidents in ServiceNow and fine-tuned alert thresholds to reduce unnecessary alerts while maintaining security coverage.
Earlier, in progressive branch banking roles, I handled customer inquiries while following privacy and compliance requirements. I introduced the Easy Way to Scan initiative, which reduced reliance on flatbed scanners for signature capture and earned Idea of the Month recognition in 2018.
