I'm looking to lead strategic initiatives and operational transformation programs where I can build scalable governance, improve processes, coordinate executive stakeholders, and use data-driven insights to strengthen organizational execution.

At the University of Texas at El Paso, I lead academic operations and strategic initiatives across six departments, hundreds of faculty members, and 300–500 course sections each semester.
