What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build scalable Salesforce solutions across Experience Cloud, automation, integrations, and QA, with opportunities to improve CRM processes, solve complex platform challenges, and contribute to remote or relocation-ready teams.

At Thunder, I build Lightning Web Components and Apex controllers for dynamic Experience Cloud portals, including a real-time Salesforce-to-NetSuite data framework. I also lead Certinia and Service Cloud configurations that expose project records to external partners through PRM portals.

Previously at Accenture, I delivered a real-time CMS Search component, a ChatGPT REST API integration that reduced sales-rep drafting time by about 70%, and a Playwright E2E suite that cut QA cycle time by 60%.

I'm focused on making Salesforce easier to use and operate—from resolving Partner Portal UI issues and managing Knowledge visibility at scale to creating KPI dashboards for leadership and onboarding teams. I mentor developers through detailed code reviews and scalable Apex design practices.
