I am a Salesforce Developer with experience building custom Lightning Web Components, Apex classes and triggers, and integrations to solve complex business needs. I have delivered solutions at scale, including data migrations, Einstein chatbot implementations, and mapping UI components that improve user experience.

At Accenture, I refactored code for performance, mentored junior developers, conducted peer reviews, and served as a point-of-contact for the developer team, helping reduce deployment risk and meet SLAs. I integrated third-party automation (UiPath) with Salesforce and implemented Omni-Channel and chat bot routing to boost agent productivity.

Currently at Better Rehab, I continue to drive feature design and implementation, document functional and technical aspects for team clarity, resolve production issues, and collaborate on multi-component projects to meet functional requirements and improve overall platform reliability.
