What I'm looking for
I am a fully Qualified Teacher with a Master’s in Secondary and Sixth Form Teaching and a degree in English Studies, experienced in teaching Spanish and French across KS3 and KS4. I have taught at multiple schools, including The Ripley Academy, JCB Academy and Nottingham Free School, and delivered engaging lessons, cultural enrichment and strong classroom management.
As Initial Teacher Coordinator (TLR) I coordinate placements, induction and ongoing support for teacher trainees, liaising with universities and training providers, delivering training, monitoring progress and contributing to ITT quality assurance and Ofsted readiness. Previously I served as Spanish Learning Manager, leading curriculum design, assessment, behaviour management and extracurricular language promotion.
I bring excellent ICT skills (MS Office, CRM, SIMS/Satchel), strong interpersonal and pastoral abilities, and a commitment to developing trainees and students. I hold NPQLT and NPQLTD qualifications and additional training in mental health, emotional education and conflict resolution.
