What I'm looking for

I'm looking for operations or logistics work where I can improve workflows, coordinate teams and transport, strengthen accountability, reduce waste, and build practical systems that solve day-to-day business problems.

I run day-to-day logistics and operations for Family Poultry & Egg Distribution Business / 7Fold Poultry Trading, coordinating suppliers, pickups, routes, vehicle capacity, transport monitoring, and warehouse workflows.

I lead an eight-person team across driving, handling, candling, and sales, providing orientation, hands-on training, coaching, and workforce reallocation as demand changes. I coordinate approximately six product pickups per week, typically moving 500–1,500 trays per trip.

I improve practical operating systems: reducing estimated transport-related egg breakage from about 10% to 5–6%, improving vehicle utilization, and reorganizing warehouse areas to reduce unnecessary movement. I also use ChatGPT and Claude to design, test, and refine workflows, business rules, and process controls for 7FOLD OS.
