In my current role as a Manufacturing System Support Engineer at LUCID, I am responsible for supporting all MFG hardware and daily operations in the manufacturing lines. I have a strong understanding of IT hardware and software, and have successfully coordinated with engineers to resolve hardware and software-related issues.

Previously, I worked as a System Support Engineer at Teradata, where I supported over 1000+ nodes and delivered installation services and full system support for both hardware and software. I have also worked in technical support roles at Verizon Wireless, providing extensive desktop support and training peers on new products and procedures.
