What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an executive construction or preconstruction position where I can apply my project management and estimating experience across the development process, drawing on my work with national developers and Chicago-based general contractors and potentially leveraging my Illinois Real Estate License.

At Valenti Builders, I oversee ground-up and adaptive reuse preconstruction projects. In my first 60 days, I bid $130 million of work, of which $68 million was awarded.

I created and implemented a preconstruction cost-management process and developed the preconstruction schedule from project inception through operations handoff. I also introduced a parametric estimating approach intended to keep projected costs within 3% throughout the design life cycle.

Previously, at RYAN COMPANIES, I oversaw preconstruction for projects valued over $500 million and provided national oversight on multifamily estimates. My experience spans construction and estimating across residential, senior living, industrial, healthcare, retail, and other project types; I also hold an active Illinois Real Estate Brokerage license and LEED AP BD+C credential.
