Glory Taitano

My name is Glory Taitano, and I am currently a shift supervisor with a strong commitment to motivation, encouragement, and hard work. My journey in the service industry began as a cashier at Gourmet Guam, where I honed my skills in customer service and cash handling. I learned the importance of patience and effective communication while managing customer interactions in a fast-paced environment.

After my time at Gourmet Guam, I transitioned to Island Girl as a cashier/barista and quickly proved my reliability and ability to thrive under pressure. My dedication led to a supervisory role, where I took on additional responsibilities such as managing opening and closing procedures, ensuring cleanliness, and maintaining inventory. I take pride in my work ethic and my ability to foster positive relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
