At Bowling Green State University, Firelands College, I manage the prospective student lifecycle from initial interest through enrollment. I create clear pathways through institutional processes and provide tailored guidance to students and families.
I communicate academic requirements through presentations and use Slate CRM, PeopleSoft, and OnBase to track applicant progress, audit credentials, and support administrative workflows. I also monitor application analytics and use personalized outreach to re-engage prospective students.
At Tandem Media Network, Sandusky Register, I built and launched digital promotional assets across vendor platforms including Second Street and Presslaff. I also produced layouts and scheduled resources for two daily publications under two-hour turnaround windows, and reported campaign performance data.
Earlier, as a Substitute Teacher with North Coast Shared Services Alliance, I supplemented lesson plans with original materials and delivered individualized and small-group instruction. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Integrated Social Studies Education from Miami University and am completing a Master of Education in Instructional Design & Technology at Bowling Green State University.
