I’m looking to lead business operations and executive support work where I can drive process improvement, strengthen client relationships, and apply Six Sigma to simplify workflows, improve adoption, and deliver measurable outcomes.

I’m a Business Operations and Executive Support professional with 15+ years of experience improving operational efficiency, strengthening client relationships, and simplifying complex business processes. I’m known for leading cross-functional teams, improving workflows, and building trusted partnerships that deliver measurable results.

In my current role as Accreditation Services Director, Northeast, I managed a $1.2 million client portfolio while maintaining less than 1% annual client churn through proactive relationship management, strategic engagement, and exceptional service. I lead a six-member cross-functional team across a three-state region and designed a structured client engagement strategy with four annual touchpoints to strengthen relationships, increase platform adoption, and improve long-term retention.

I apply Six Sigma methodologies to remove adoption barriers—improving STEM certification participation from 17 to 78 schools through data-driven analysis and consultative leadership. I also streamline internal workflows and deliver virtual and in-person training using Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Zoom, SharePoint, and Padlet so clients can manage accreditation platforms and organizational processes independently.
