I’m looking to lead operations that strengthen client outcomes—using data and people-friendly solutions to streamline workflows, improve compliance readiness, and translate complex concepts so lives run more smoothly.

I’m an Operations Director and Client Relationship Manager with over 25 years of operations management in demanding industries. I learned two industries from the ground up—financial advisor services and public accounting—and built a reputation for fulfilling high-value clients’ needs while simplifying complex concepts.

Since 09/2014, I’ve directed operations at a $150MM+ AUM firm, including $148MM in inforce life insurance. I led a transition for nearly 500 accounts (88,000+ data points), served as liaison for broker-dealer compliance and all audits, and designed key processes, documents, and databases that improved client outcomes.

I’m passionate about using data and people-friendly solutions to improve results—helping the business increase assets under management by 600% in under 12 years ($25MM to $150MM). I’ve managed direct reports, onboarded vital technologies like CRM and a new phone system to improve client care and data security, and led workflow streamlining across Planning and Operations.
