What I'm looking for

I'm looking to grow in restoration and insurance claims work, especially roofing claims, 3D roof diagrams, IRC/IBC code application, and insurance scope analysis.

At ServiceMaster by C2C, I supported insurance restoration claims from FNOL through project completion, assisting with Xactimate estimates and scope documentation.

I review inspection photos, reports, and supporting documents for estimate accuracy, then update documentation and revise scopes based on project feedback. I work closely with adjusters, contractors, homeowners, and project managers throughout the restoration process.

Previously, I managed software platforms and detailed documentation at Tower WAV, and coordinated urgent field work and ServiceTitan records at Team Rooter Plumbing. I'm eager to grow my knowledge of roofing claims, 3D roof diagrams, IRC/IBC code application, and insurance scope analysis.
