I’m looking for a healthcare role where I can use Epic EMR expertise to keep documentation accurate and audit-ready, prevent delays in patient flow, and support teams through training and calm, high-volume operational coordination.

I’m a healthcare operations and clinical documentation professional with 20 years of experience across acute care and regulated environments, including 8+ years supporting high-volume hospital units. I’m an advanced Epic EMR user trusted by physicians, nurses, and leadership to maintain documentation integrity, resolve workflow barriers, and support regulatory readiness.

In my current role as a Nursing Unit Coordinator, I direct daily unit coordination for a 30-bed surgical-medical floor and manage 25–52 admissions, discharges, and transfers daily. I focus on keeping records audit-ready, detecting high-risk record discrepancies before they delay care (like incomplete eMOLST/DNR and documentation gaps), and I also train new coordinators across departments to bring accuracy, control, and calm to demanding shifts.
