What I'm looking for

I'm seeking remote or remote-first opportunities in clinical operations, quality improvement, clinical program management, nursing leadership, or healthcare performance improvement. I'm open to occasional business travel.

I am a Registered Nurse and ER Clinical Nurse Coordinator with experience in emergency care, clinical leadership, patient assessment, chart review, care coordination, staff support, and quality improvement. In my current role, I help coordinate daily department operations, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, support nursing staff, and promote safe, efficient, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment. My experience has strengthened my clinical judgment, communication, organization, attention to detail, and ability to make timely decisions. I am particularly interested in remote nursing opportunities involving utilization review, clinical documentation review, case management, care coordination, quality improvement, or patient education. Although I do not have direct experience with InterQual or MCG guidelines, I am accustomed to reviewing complex emergency department records and evaluating documentation for accuracy, completeness, and continuity of care. I am eager to expand my knowledge, learn new systems, and apply my clinical and leadership experience in a remote role that improves outcomes for patients and healthcare organizations.
